Acceptable Use Policy
This policy describes what is and isn't allowed when using LoyalPanther. It forms part of the terms of service.

Purpose
We want to keep LoyalPanther safe, reliable and fair for all businesses and their customers. By using the service you agree to the rules below.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes, or to store or distribute unlawful, abusive or harmful content.
You may not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, distribute malware, or scrape the service through automated means outside the APIs intended for that.
You may not circumvent usage limits, security measures or access restrictions, or resell the service without our written consent.
Messaging and anti-spam
You only send messages to customers (such as emails or notifications) to people for whom you have a valid basis, for example consent. Using purchased or rented mailing lists is not allowed.
Marketing messages contain a working, easy opt-out, and you honour opt-outs immediately. You do not use the service for unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
Security and integrity
You will not do anything that endangers the operation, availability or security of the service, such as overloading systems, testing for vulnerabilities without permission, or gaining unauthorised access to other people's accounts or data.
If you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly via privacy@loyalpanther.app rather than exploiting it.
Enforcement
If you breach this policy, we may take measures proportionate to the severity, such as removing content, limiting features, or suspending or terminating an account. Where possible we will warn you first, but for serious or acute risks we may act immediately.
