For the data of business owners who create an account, we are the data controller. For the customer data a business collects in LoyalPanther, that business is the controller and we act as processor.

Business owners: name, email address, login credentials and business details (such as shop name, address, registration number).

Customers of participating shops: name, email address, optional date of birth, and loyalty data (points, transactions, rewards).

Technical: limited log data needed for security and operating the service.

Providing the service and performing the contract (contract performance).

Transactional emails such as a welcome message or login code (legitimate interest / contract performance).

Marketing messages such as birthday or win-back emails are only sent with the customer's consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

We never sell your data. We use carefully selected processors to deliver the service: hosting and database (Supabase), website hosting (Vercel) and email delivery (Resend). Data processing agreements are in place with these parties.

Data may be processed on servers within the EU; where a processor operates outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards.

We do not keep data longer than necessary. Customer data is retained while the account or loyalty card is active; afterwards it is deleted or anonymised. A customer can have their data deleted from within the loyalty card itself.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Send a request to privacy@loyalpanther.app.

You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

LoyalPanther uses only functional cookies and local storage needed to log in and remember your preferences (such as language). Read more in our cookie policy.
